• If your application does not qualify for the winners list, complete fees will be refunded by our audit, assessment, and knowledge partner.
• If your application is unsuccessful due to failure to provide the required documents to our audit team, no refund will be provided.

Awards

• Applicants are required to pay our audit, assessment, and knowledge partner’s charges for the online assessment process. Details are available on our Fees and Charges page.
• GST at 18.00% will be charged on all payments.
• Award Ceremony entry carries an additional charge for winners and their companions. Fees will be charged based on the city and venue. For more information, please visit our Conference page.
• Extra award kits carry an additional charge. For more information, please visit our Store page.
• Only INDIA 5000 winners are licensed to use the award logos. Any unauthorised use will result in legal action.

Conference and Award Ceremony

• A complimentary Standard Pass is available for all attendees and visitors. The Standard Pass will be issued upon approval by our team following registration.
• Food and refreshments are not included in the Standard Pass.
• Paid passes are available in Gold, Platinum and Diamond tiers. For details on what each tier includes, please visit our Conference page.
• Seats are limited and tickets are offered on a first come first served basis.
• Upon successful payment, you will receive a tax invoice.
• Official tickets will be sent to you 7 days before the event.
• GST at 18.00% will be charged on all payments.
• In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, tickets for the rescheduled event will be provided.
• Tickets are mandatory for all children above the age of 10.
• Attendees and visitors must carry a valid ID proof at the venue.
• Accommodation and transportation are the visitor’s personal responsibility.
