Mr. Shashi Gopalrao Hadagali completed his B.E. in Production Engineering and MBA in Marketing in 1991. Following his education, he built a successful career by working with several leading companies in the rotating equipment sealing industry, gaining extensive technical and commercial expertise.

Driven by his entrepreneurial vision, Mr. Hadagali founded Vin-Tec Engineers in 2015, headquartered in Navi Mumbai. Under his leadership, the company has established itself as a trusted provider of advanced sealing solutions for critical industrial applications.

Today, Vin-Tec Engineers proudly represents Greene Tweed & Co., USA, in India and serves key industry sectors such as Aerospace, Defence, Semiconductor, Oil & Gas, Petroleum & Refineries, Pharmaceuticals, and Chemicals.

The company also works closely with leading Pump and Valve OEMs, including KSB, KBL, Sulzer, Ebara, Flowserve, EagleBurgmann, Sealmatic, and Emerson, delivering high-performance sealing technologies and engineering solutions.

In recognition of his industry expertise and contributions, Mr. Hadagali has been appointed to the Central Advisory Boards of the ChemTECH Trade Exhibition, organized by Jasubhai Media, for several editions of the prestigious trade fair.
